Whether you’ve never set foot in a sailing boat before or you’re looking to refresh your skills after time away from the water, Discover Sailing is the perfect way to enjoy a day on the water.
Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to more experienced sailors, this relaxed, instructor-led session is tailored to the experience of those taking part. Learn the fundamentals of sailing, build confidence at the helm, practise boat handling and sail trim, or simply enjoy spending time on the water with expert guidance.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Dunmore East Harbour, you’ll experience the thrill of sailing in one of Ireland’s finest natural training grounds.

What Should I Bring?
Swimming togs, towel & old runners, booties or water shoes
All sailing equipment, buoyancy aids and wetsuits are supplied. Water shoes are also available to purchase from our on-site shop if required.
