National Powerboat Certificate

Level 2 - National Powerboat Certificate

The aim of this course is to develop the skills and knowledge that allows participants to safely and effectively skipper an open powerboat by day, on inland and coastal waters with which they are familiar.

Get both Tiller & Console Certification in one great course!

Many powerboat courses offer either tiller or console certification with their National Powerboat Certificate Courses. At Dunmore Adventure, we will train you in both types of steering. This is particularly important for those moving onto Dinghy Sailing Instructor, as both tiller and console steering certification are necessary to achieve your certification as an Instructor.

‘Really enjoyed the power boat course. Oscar was a great instructor - he was friendly and helpful and delivered the course in a fun manner. The small number on the course was brilliant as we got loads of time to practice every skill. Great set up, great facilities, look forward to visiting again. Cheers’ - Elaine, Wexford
