Career Opportunities
Splash Cafe Staff
Our Cafè opens from May to September, and we require a number of cafè assistants for weekend and/or mid week shifts, for this time period.
Those with full availability over the summer will be given priority for job offers.
Duties will include:
- Food prep
- Learning about stock control, portion control and food wastage
- How to use specialist kitchen equipment safely and correctly
- Keeping a safe and hygienic working environment
- Keeping the kitchen and cafè clean, tidy and organised
- Using the till, and serving customers

Sailing Instructors
Join a top team of Sailing Professionals at Dunmore Adventure! Our Sailing courses run from June to the end of August, we offer beginner to advanced sailing courses under the Sailing Ireland syllabus.
You Will:
- Teach sailing in group or individual lessons, from beginner to advanced
- Ensure smooth organisation of your sailing classes
- Be responsible for the upkeep of the centres sailing equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- SBSS Dinghy Instructor
- First Aid
- Powerboat Certification
- Garda Vetting

General Instructors
From April/May – September/October, we require instructors to teach our broad range of water and land based activities that are offered from our base in Dunmore East.
Instructor positions will depend on qualifications as follows:
- Paddlesports instructors
- Beach Lifeguards
- Archery/Climbing Instructors
We supply in-house training for all instructors prior to employment.
Garda Vetting and Safeguarding is essential for all candidates prior to employment.
You may be required to work weekends and bank holidays, and as we have a short season, those with full availability for the summer months will be given priority for job openings.
